Meet Our Family
Alton Bass
Alton founded the family - owned chapter of Reliable in 1971 and led the company with dedication until his "retirement" in 2001.
If you know Al, he never truly retired and could most often be found working along side his son and grandson.
Despite his passing in November 2022, his legacy remains at the heart of the company and we are honored to continue building on that foundation he created.
Kenneth & Kathlene Bass
Ken has proudly carried the business forward since 2001. With over 50 years of experience in the HVACR industry, his leadership reflects a deep commitment to both the trade and community.

Kathlene is often the first voice you'll hear when you call, setting the tone with warmth and care, playing an essential role in offering support behind the scenes. ​
Outside of work, Ken & Kat enjoy supporting their grandchildren at sporting events and dance competitions. If you can't find them cheering from the sidelines, they might be gathered around the kitchen table in the middle of a friendly but competitive game of WaHoo or Uno.
Craig Bass
Craig has grown up with the Company, learning the business and trade alongside his father and grandfather. With over 30 years of experience in the HVACR industry, he continues to carry forward the family's commitment to quality and service.
